What is an Office Hero?

When designing our service, we sought a name for our staff that encapsulates someone who runs and maintains your office while you focus on your core tasks. We envisioned someone who 'saves the day', hence the term 'hero' was integrated, leading to the title 'Office Hero'. An Office Hero, akin to a piccolo or piccoline, handles minor yet crucial daily tasks in your office. You can read more about these tasks below.

What kind of services can I book with your Office Heroes?

You can book 3 variations of our Office Heroes; a fixed, ad-hoc, or event-based Office Hero depending on your specific needs. Our sales team can guide you to the best solution for your situation.

What kind of tasks can the Office Hero take care of?

The Office Hero can handle almost everything your office needs on a practical level for daily operations and maintenance. This includes setting up and clearing lunch, cleaning the coffee machine, preparing meeting rooms, purchasing snacks, and more.

What is the price range for a fixed Office Hero?

For a fixed Office Hero, the hourly rate varies from 250 DKK/hour to 299 DKK/hour, depending on the desired timeframe.

What is the price range for an ad-hoc Office Hero?

Depending on the notice given and the desired timeframe, the price for an ad-hoc Office Hero ranges from 299 DKK/hour to 349 DKK/hour.

What is the difference between a fixed Office Hero and an ad-hoc?

A fixed Office Hero ensures a consistent individual will take care of your office on a daily basis, with coverage during sickness and vacation with minimal effort from your side. An ad-hoc booking provides flexibility for covering your internal staff during sickness or vacation with the Office Hero team.

What is the price for an Event Hero and what can they do?

The hourly rate for an Event Hero is 350 DKK/hour. They can manage all practical aspects and execution of your next office event, including setting up decorations, arranging food buffets, refilling snacks and drinks, and maintaining the event space during the event.

Where in Denmark do your office assistants operate?

Our office assistants primarily operate in Copenhagen and occasionally in Greater Copenhagen.

What types of carpentry services do you offer?

We offer a wide range of carpentry services tailored to meet your needs. From custom furniture and cabinetry to full-scale renovations. Lists of things we do for an office space includes but is not limited to the following: Custom desks and workstations, cabinetry and shelving, conference room tables, reception area counters, wall paneling, built-in bookcases, partitions and dividers, customized storage solutions. Cleaning services

What type of cleaning does Duuo offer?

duuo offers cleaning services for businesses in Copenhagen and the surrounding areas, including office cleaning and retail cleaning, such as for store chains.

What are the costs of your cleaning services?

As a starting point, estimating the cost of cleaning requires an inspection at the given location - what we call a cleaning meeting. Our prices are based on the amount of time and include cleaning products, washing, wages, pensions, etc.

What does a cleaning meeting/inspection entail?

It involves us visiting your location where the cleaning is to be performed. During the inspection, we assess the location and briefly discuss your needs with you. We then create a cleaning program and offer tailored to you and your specific requirements.

How long does a cleaning meeting take?

A cleaning meeting typically takes between half an hour to an hour. It depends on the size of the location and the subsequent needs assessment. We always strive to use as little of your time as possible.

Window Cleaning

How much does window cleaning cost?

The price of window cleaning depends on several factors, such as the number of windows, the distance to the location, and the type of windows. For example, if the window has double layers, is difficult to access, requires the use of a lift, or needs to be cleaned after a construction project where the dirt is stuck on, this can affect the price.

Where in Denmark do you perform window cleaning?

Our main area is Zealand, but we also offer window cleaning in selected areas in Jutland, as we service chains like Joe & The Juice, which have stores throughout Denmark.

What types of window cleaning do you perform?

We offer window cleaning for restaurants, shops, and offices. We use techniques and systems such as water systems, ladders, and 'shafting'. However, we prefer the traditional, manual method for the best result, without the use of water systems.

Do you perform window cleaning for private individuals (B2C)?

No, duuo is primarily aimed at servicing businesses in Copenhagen and its surroundings. Therefore, our services, including window cleaning, are targeted at business customers (B2B) and not private customers (B2C).

Is window cleaning sustainable?

Although our window cleaning requires a lot of water and the use of chemical products like soap, we exclusively use eco-labelled products (such as ‘Svanemærket’). When we use our water system, however, we don't use any chemicals, just de-mineralized water.

How often should I have window cleaning?

The frequency of window cleaning depends on several factors, such as the type of business, the floor's level, and proximity to traffic. A precise price and recommendation often require an inspection by a professional. We offer inspection for free and without obligation as part of our quote offering.

Handyman services

Where in Denmark do you provide handymen services?

We only do handy work in Greater Copenhagen.

Do you have carpenters, electricians, or plumbers?

We only have carpenters, but we do accept these types of job, as we outsource and use a fixed team of subcontractors for water and electricity. In these cases we make sure to project manage it tightly.

What’s the difference between duuo handymen services and carpentry services?

Depending on the size of the project. Preferably, fill out the form on the website and go through the steps or send an email with the information needed including images if possible.Make sure to define your needs thoroughly with us. We will send you a date with an ETA and other needed information.

How are your handymen services priced?

DKK 395,- per hour excluding parking costs and materials.

Do you bring your own tools and materials?

We always bring our own tools and often we buy materials for the specific project. If you have your own materials, state it in the information.

How quick can you help me?

When hanging up or monitoring things, we usually deliver within 1-2. We never promise since it depends on a lot of variables. (Carpentry 2-4 weeks)
