When Franco arrived in Denmark a few years ago, his first job at Duuo was simple and practical: washing cleaning cloths and biking around Copenhagen to deliver supplies to our clients.It was hands-on work—and, as he says, “a good way to learn the city and start a new life here.”It didn’t take long before the we at Duuo noticed something important. Franco worked hard, asked the right questions, and took responsibility. And that stood out.“From the beginning, it was obvious he had more in him,” says Mike, owner and founder at Duuo. “Franco was willing to learn, and both his coworkers and our clients loved him. Our job was simply to support that growth.”Within six months, Franco moved into a cleaning supervisor role, coordinating teams and ensuring the quality we promise our clients. That was the first turning point. The next came when he joined the customer care team.Today, Franco represents all our services and manages Duuo’s biggest customers.
